This is a great way to get the garden that you want a lot more quickly, but you must ensure that you take good care of the trees as they will need a lot of help and additional care when they are first planted at this size and age.
Firstly, you will need to prepare the area for the tree to be planted. Ensure that the area is somewhere where the tree is not going to have a detrimental effect on anything nearby, such as buildings or other structures like fences and sheds.
You then will need to dig a hole for the tree to be placed into. The site needs to be very damp when the tree arrives, so doing this after a period of heavy rain helps a lot, but if it has been dry, fill the hole with water a few days before so that it can drain into the soil. Do it again a couple of days before planting. You should cover the hole over to stop the water evaporating from the soil, especially if it is very warm and sunny.
Once your tree is in the ground, frequent watering will help to keep it healthy.
